Preface

First of all, I would like to praise Allah, the Almighty, who gives me bless and health so that i am able to accomplish my report. Secondly, my gratitude goes to my parents who give me endless love and support to get good education. Lastly, my gratitude is also for my teachers who give knowledge and skills for my future and all parties that help me to finish my report.

The report focuses on what is the role of bank's credit for small business in rural areas. The study reveals that the credit given by the bank helps the small businessmen a lot. Firstly, the bank's Credit is the source of frest capital. As the economic crisis, the small businessman suffer bad impact to develop their businesses because they have insufficient capital. Borrowing from their relatives is not possible due to the fact that they are lack of trust to return the money.
Secondly, the bank's credit is enable the businessmen to empower themselves to be more creative in production, to be more efficient in managing employees, and to be more striving in marketing their product. In short, the businessmen have to be more fight to run their business as to return their loan punctually. As a result, their product is more quantitatively, therefore, their cashflow is more rapid and their income is better than before having the bank's credit.

I hope that report is beneficial for the reader and constructive suggestion are welcome to make the report better.
